The Myth of Alaz
Alaz is the god of fire in Turkic mythology. Alaz is often depicted as an old man with a torch of fire held in his hand. His dress is made of flames. Alaz has power over fire and all of the hearths and stoves are in the command of Alaz.
With much of our food cooked freshly, over hot charcoals, perhaps you will catch a glimpse of Alaz.
Alaz is a family business borne of a love of good Turkish food and a desire to share the Turkish dining experience. As an independent restaurant we really value our customers - Alaz gives you the quality and attention you deserve.
